1. Research Services. If you are evaluating a business proposal or an information-contingent situation, we can be employed to help determine the nature of information you need, its accuracy and appropriate analysis on the course of action.  For example, if you are evaluating an offering memorandum that proposes a certain return of capital on a limited partnership investment, we can analyse the proposal to determine the probability of it being able to deliver.
   
   In some cases, we will not be able to obtain sufficient information to provide proper research coverage.  We will only give our clients quotations with appropriate confidence intervals - nothing is worse than inaccurate information you think is accurate.
   
   
2. Tax/Finance Consulting. We are very thouroughly equipped with knowledge of the Canadian Income Tax Act and the Excise Tax Act. Whether you are an individual or business looking for legal ways to optimise your current or future tax load, we can assist. Likewise, we are very versed in Canadian GAAP and the impliciation of GAAP on external stakeholders (e.g. bank managers reviewing your business for loans).
   
   
3. Political Analysis. We offer campaign management services concerning the analysis of public policy, constitutencies, competitive analysis, election projection, debate/media preparation, voter database maintenance, campaing planning and documentation, and advertising creation. We are able to perform significant "out of the spotlight" tasks concerning the functioning of a successful campaign.
   
   
4. Small business services.  Divestor is able to plan the infrastructure required to properly keep records for starting businesses, from the initial articles of incorporation, implementation of record-keeping services, GST/tax handling, etc.  Once the information flow is automated, the business is then free to spend less time with bureaucratic grunt-work and more time where your time is most value-added: on operations.
